Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with project managers and clients to understand design requirements for each event.
  • Create custom graphics for a range of print materials, including floor wraps, stage wraps, aisle runners, backdrops, invitations, seating charts, and more.
  • Ensure all designs maintain a consistent brand aesthetic and meet the high standards of MPE Event Group.
  • Present design concepts to project managers and clients, incorporating feedback into your final designs.
  • Prepare files for printing, ensuring all graphics are properly formatted and optimized for high-quality production.
  • Stay updated on latest design trends and technologies to continually innovate and elevate our design offerings.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting all deadlines.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field (preferred)
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the events industry.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of print design projects.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present design ideas clearly.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
