    We're all about making things work for our clients, so if you're in a rush, just let us know. We offer a same-day creation service for an additional fee. So whether you've planned well in advance or need a last-minute showstopper, we're here to make your vision come to life!

  • Can I see a mockup of my sign before it's produced?

    Of course! We want you to be completely in love with your sign. So, we'll send you a digital mockup for review and approval before we begin the production process.

  • Do you deliver and install the signs?

    Absolutely, we do offer delivery and installation services for our welcome signs! However, it's important to note that there is an order minimum of $1,200 for these services. This is to ensure we can provide the best quality service and attention to each project.


    If your order doesn't meet this minimum, you're more than welcome to pick up your order directly from our production facility. Please make sure to bring a large enough vehicle, such as a pickup truck, suburban, or van, to accommodate your new acrylic welcome sign.

    To avoid any potential issues, we recommend coordinating with your venue in advance regarding their policies for leftover items. This way, you can ensure your custom acrylic welcome sign is safely retrieved and preserved after your special event.

  • Do you have a weather clause?

    Yes, we do. We understand that weather can be unpredictable, so we ask that any changes to your plans due to weather or other unforeseen factors be communicated to us at least 24 hours in advance. Please note that we do not offer refunds for these adjustments.

This clause stipulates that neither party will be held responsible or have the right to terminate the agreement if they are unable to fulfill their responsibilities due to circumstances beyond their control. These circumstances can include natural disasters, government restrictions, wars, insurrections, or any other event that is not within the reasonable control of the affected party. We believe this clause provides a fair balance in the case of unexpected events.
