We do accommodate last-minute orders for a rush fee. We understand that sometimes things come up unexpectedly, and we're here to help make your event spectacular no matter the timeline.

  • Can you create a backdrop for an outdoor event?

    Yes, we can! Our backdrops are versatile and can be designed for both indoor and outdoor events. Just let us know your venue details during the consultation.

  • Can the backdrops be reused?

    Depending on the material used and how it's handled, some of our backdrops can indeed be reused. We'd be happy to discuss this further during your consultation.

  • Do you provide delivery and installation services?

    Absolutely, we do provide delivery and installation services for our oversized backdrops! However, please keep in mind that there is an order minimum of $1,200 for this service. This ensures we can dedicate the right resources to ensure a flawless setup for your backdrop.


    But if your order doesn't meet the minimum, no worries at all! You're more than welcome to pick up your order from our production facility. Just make sure to bring a large enough vehicle, like a pickup truck, suburban, or van, to transport your new stunning backdrop. We'll help you load it and provide instructions for setting it up. Either way, we're here to make sure you have an amazing event!

  • Can I request a specific theme or style for my backdrop?

    Absolutely! Our talented designers love a challenge and are experienced in creating backdrops to match a wide variety of themes and styles. Whether you're hosting a vintage-themed wedding or a futuristic corporate event, we've got you covered!

  • What if I need to make changes to the design?

    No problem at all! We understand that plans can change, so we offer a review and approval process before moving to production. We want to make sure you're completely satisfied with the design.

  • Can I keep my custom oversized backdrop after the event?

    Absolutely! Your custom oversized backdrop is yours to keep after the event. These impressive pieces often serve as fantastic keepsakes and can be repurposed in creative ways at home or in your office.


    However, it's important to note that we do not provide storage services. Therefore, it is your responsibility to arrange for the pick-up of your custom backdrop immediately after your event concludes. Most venues will discard anything left behind, and you may also be subject to a cleaning fee if items are not promptly removed.


    To avoid any potential issues, we recommend coordinating with your venue in advance regarding their policies for leftover items. This way, you can ensure your custom oversized backdrop is safely retrieved and preserved after your special event.

  • Do you have a weather clause?

    Yes, we do. We understand that weather can be unpredictable, so we ask that any changes to your plans due to weather or other unforeseen factors be communicated to us at least 24 hours in advance. Please note that we do not offer refunds for these adjustments.


    Furthermore, we would like to highlight our Force Majeure clause. This clause stipulates that neither party will be held responsible or have the right to terminate the agreement if they are unable to fulfill their responsibilities due to circumstances beyond their control. These circumstances can include natural disasters, government restrictions, wars, insurrections, or any other event that is not within the reasonable control of the affected party. We believe this clause provides a fair balance in the case of unexpected events.
