Event Installer

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver all necessary branding materials to the venue in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Install floor wraps and aisle runners, ensuring precision and attention to detail for a seamless presentation.
  • Set up lighting systems to create the desired atmosphere for each event.
  • Construct staging according to specifications, ensuring safety and functionality.
  • Collaborate with the production team to understand and meet specific event requirements.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues on-site, maintaining a solution-oriented approach.
  • Adhere to all safety regulations during installations, prioritizing the wellbeing of team members and attendees.
  • Assist in the breakdown and removal of materials post-event, ensuring the venue is left in its original condition.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, representing MPE Event Group professionally at all times.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively.
  • Physically able to lift and carry heavy objects, climb ladders, and stand for long periods.
  • Commitment to adhering to safety regulations and protocols.
  • Valid driver’s license may be required.
