Key Responsibilities

• Provide DJ services for a wide range of events, including weddings, corporate events, parties, and other special occasions.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their music preferences and event themes, curating playlists accordingly.
• Set up and break down DJ equipment before and after events, ensuring all equipment is functioning correctly.
• Use mixing tools to blend and transition between tracks seamlessly, maintaining a consistent and enjoyable musical experience.
• Engage with the audience, making announcements as needed, and responding to song requests in a professional and friendly manner.
• Maintain a current knowledge of music trends, genres, and popular songs across various eras.
• Adhere to all client guidelines and specifications, ensuring a positive experience for all event attendees.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a DJ, with a portfolio or samples of past work.
• Comprehensive knowledge of various music genres and trends.
• Proficiency in using DJ equipment and software.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and entertain diverse audiences.
• Strong customer service skills, with a focus on meeting client needs and expectations.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, as per event schedules.
• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certification in music or sound engineering is a plus.
